Aimee was very knowledgeable of comparable homes for sale in my neighborhood which provided her with the knowledge to recommend a list price for my home which would net me the most money from from home while also selling my home very quickly. My home sold within two days of coming out in the MLS with a backup offer in place as a contingency. During the Escrow process, Aimee stayed very actively involved and very quickly worked with me and my buyer's Real Estate Agent to resolve the few issues that came up. At all times, Aimee always had a cheerful positive attitude and was very easy to work with.
